Accomplished artist and sculptor Yakov Heller was one of the distinguished artists at the Ikons Art Exhibition at The Gardens. During President Gerald Ford's term in office, Mr. Heller was commissioned to work on a sculpture for presentation to President Ford. Mr. Heller's painting was also presented to then Prime Minister Yitzak Rabin. | |
